One of our Fujitsu RX100 S6 servers hangs on boot with the global error orange light flashing.

The IRMC systemlog shows a "iRMC 3.3V STBY" error (2,78V instead of 3.3V). Does this mean we have to change the mainboard, the power distribution board, or the power supply?

A simple reconnect of all cables did not help. Batery is check and it's Ok.

  • Do you have sufficient current on input? Is it possible your PDUs are overloaded? – Jaroslav Kucera Sep 27 '17 at 18:41
  • i'm sorry for not responding. Yes, my PDUs are healthy and not overloaded. Other voltages on the main board are fine. Replacing the power supply gives nothing. The server checked in another location (other PDUs), and there was the same error message. I have a second identical server, and it works fine on these PDUs. – ciroos Oct 10 '17 at 15:29
