The certificate that the site is using is self-signed - it is not a Letsencrypt certificate. Try checking the path to the SSL certificate and private key in your web server configuration. Which certificate is it pointing to?

Does the server need restarting to load the configuration file?

Has the letsencrypt certificate been installed successfully? The certificate that you posted in the question is the self-signed one.

Checking these would be a good start.

  • This server is running on aws i have deleted the whole instance and created new instance but still i am getting the same error i am not sure why? – Vishnu Bathala Nov 9 '17 at 4:26

Because it has nothing to do with the instance itself. You're using Certbot incorrectly. – user1686 Nov 9 '17 at 11:51

Your certificate has the wrong name listed. Using Chrome's Dev Tools, I see the following information on your site:

enter image description here

The certificate should be created with your server's name, not www.example.com.

Issue a new certificate with the proper domain name. – Tim Nov 9 '17 at 3:42
