Using Ubuntu 16.04 as the OS, ZFS as the filesystem for the storage and Samba in an LXD container, I want to do the following.

The ZFS pool which will be used by Samba is owned by the root of the host. This pool is mounted in the container of Samba. How can I make it so that the samba user (in the container) can read and write to that pool without making it accessible to everyone (i.e. 777 permissions).
