ENOSPC means that there is no space on the drive. – Gerald Schneider Sep 5 '18 at 13:58
  • Thanx, but why? sudo du -h /var/lib/ejabberd 4,0K /var/lib/ejabberd/queue 4,0K /var/lib/ejabberd/certs/acme 12K /var/lib/ejabberd/certs 572G /var/lib/ejabberd – fexplorer Sep 5 '18 at 14:11

Please don't add information via comments, edit your question instead. Use df to check the disk space, also check the available inodes with df -i. – Gerald Schneider Sep 5 '18 at 14:32

@xpilgrim As this is a new installation, /var/lib/ejabberd should not use 572G. Probably something went wrong in your previous attempt. (a) What is the space eater? (b) What happens if you stop ejabberd, "cd /var/lib/ejabberd && mkdir _backup$$ && mv * __backup$$" and then restart ejabberd (assuming you have no data in the installation yet)? – Marcel Waldvogel Sep 5 '18 at 15:34
  • @MarcelWaldvogel please see added information and logs – fexplorer Sep 5 '18 at 19:31
