We have an nginx web server running on a windows 2008 server and this server is used to serve api requests using xxxx.corp.yyy.com domain name. Now we are migrating this web server to a new windows 2016 server to serve the same api requests. I have installed nginx properly on the new windows 2016 server and checked the localhost, it showed me "welcome to nginx" message. Then I copied the same config file, server.key(private key), server.pem(certificate), server security certificate and ca security certificate files from the old server to the new server's nginx conf folder . Also I changed the upstream server name to the new server. In the config file the server section looks like this..

server {
        listen       80;
        listen       443 ssl default_server;
        server_name  xxxx.corp.yyy.com;

        index  index.php index.html index.htm;

        underscores_in_headers on;

        ssl_certificate         server.pem;
        ssl_certificate_key     server.key;

        #ssl_session_cache       shared:SSL:1m;
        ssl_session_timeout     5m;

        ssl_ciphers             HIGH:!aNULL:!MD5;
        ssl_protocols           SSLv3 TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2;

I tried telnet from other machines and found those machine can connect to port 80 and 443 and nginx is listening on those ports. However when I try the server name xxxx.corp.yyy.com to see the home page or any other api response it says the site can not be reached. The error log

is of no help. It says something like this...

I am unable to run the web service using nginx on the new server. I have no prior experience with web server migration process. So, any help would be greatly appreciated.
