I'm trying to run a new service and use the WebGUI (powered by an Nginx reverse proxy) provided, but my server already runs Apache with about 6 websites and I really don't want to rebuild everything just to run this service. Can someone help me with converting these reverse proxy rules so that I can use them with Apache?

My system is running Ubuntu Server 18.04, and the latest versions of PHP 7 and Apache2. I do understand some of the lines, but others, like the set_header ones are confusing me.

location / {
        proxy_pass         http://localhost:5000;
        proxy_http_version 1.1;
        proxy_set_header   Upgrade \$http_upgrade;
        proxy_set_header   Connection keep-alive;
        proxy_set_header   Host \$host;
        proxy_cache_bypass \$http_upgrade;
        proxy_set_header   X-Forwarded-For \$proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
        proxy_set_header   X-Forwarded-Proto \$scheme;
    }

    location /BrowserHub {
        proxy_pass http://localhost:5000;
        proxy_http_version 1.1;
        proxy_set_header Upgrade \$http_upgrade;
        proxy_set_header Connection \"upgrade\";
        proxy_set_header Host \$host;
        proxy_cache_bypass \$http_upgrade;
    }
