I want to virt-sparsify --compress a file, but when I try to do it it says I need more space in /tmp/ I tried to create a directory on a NTFS partition where I have alot of free space and make it tmp like this

export TMPDIR=/media/user/188238540CDF38/tmp/

but when I try to use virt-sparsify I get error

virt-sparsify: error: libguestfs error: security: cached appliance /media/user/188238540CDF38/tmp/.guestfs-1000 is writable by group or other (mode 40777)

Why I get this error ? Please explain how to do virt-sparsify without getting errors.
