I have set up an Oracle VM VirtualBox guest running Windows Server 2016. On the VM I have deployed a Tomcat application. On my host running Windows 7 Enterprise, I am running the same application.

I followed the instructions found at VirtualBox: How to set up networking so both host and guest can access internet and talk to each other to set up communication between host and guest. My host is 130.130.130.130, and my guest is 130.130.130.131. I am able to ping my guest from my host, and likewise from guest to host.

However, when I try to access http://130.130.130.131:8080/portalapp from my host, or http://130.130.130.130:8080/portalapp from my guest, I still encounter ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

What else do I need to do in order to set up this connection?
