I had to change the subnet of my Suse linux vm in azure but instead of shutting down the os I deallocated the vm. After changing the subnet the vm restarted (according to azure) but I can't ssh into the vm. When I troubleshoot, azure portal says there isn't anything wrong with the VM. I then issued a new public IP as well to the vNIC but still can't access the VM even though apparently it is provisioned and running fine. Can't ping either. Appreciate help in resolving this.
