As a workaround, you could manually add the following to your /etc/apt/sources.list: deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/wireguard/wireguard/ubuntu bionic main deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/wireguard/wireguard/ubuntu bionic main And then sudo apt-get update.
