I'm a developer with a lot of devops/ops experience and a very broad background from large transcontinentally-synced storage systems, AWS and VMWare to building complex Python, Golang and Ruby applications. I also work on a lot of side projects such as blogging and performing arts (fire, sideshow, juggling). My main technical interests are Linux, Python, Go, Elixir, cloud stuff, all manner of web and automation whatnot.

I've recently worked on large Ruby on Rails apps, doing development (including finding memory bloat) and operations, (at Code School) and was a Cloud SRE at Wikimedia.

I only work remotely at this point in my career.
